“We are excited to see the interest from the community! The program brings a different flavor to our campus’ learning environment.”
– Campus President Jacob Pope
For over 30 years, ECPI University has been offering hands-on education in Richmond.
The bustling capital of Virginia is home to three ECPI University campuses. To accommodate the growing student population, ECPI University’s Innsbrook campus relocated to a larger building in Richmond’s Short Pump area at 11104 W. Broad Street in early 2022.
The new campus – roughly double the size of the previous location – means more room for labs, classrooms, break rooms and offices. The campus continues to offer its cornerstone Cyber and Information Security (Information Technology), Engineering Technology (Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics) and Business Management.
The larger footprint also allows for the expansion of the Culinary Institute of Virginia (CIV), ECPI University’s College of Culinary Arts, to Richmond. CIV’s extension from Hampton Roads to the greater Richmond area hopes to meet the demand of a growing hospitality sector. Chef Charles Delargy, a senior member of the CIV team, diligently worked to get the kitchens set up and ready for classes. Chef Delargy welcomed the first group of students in May!
