ECPI University Libraries have published several new LibGuides developed over the course of the summer, products of a partnership of the academic deans, faculty subject matter experts, and campus librarians. “One person who has been instrumental in this process is Raleigh Librarian and LibGuides Coordinator Shannon Simmons for mentoring a selected team to produce the best, content-rich resource guides in a time-sensitive manner,” says Library Director Rebecca Tabakin.

Ms. Tabakin says the requests keep coming in from all academic programs, and the team has been amazingly responsive to their needs. Innsbrook Librarian Kristina Ryan, a member of the LibGuides team, has also produced accompanying tutorial videos that are always creative, using a one-minute format.
LibGuides and Online Library Tutorials (videos) are available from the Online Library at http://ecpi.ent.sirsi.net. Recently published guides include Medical Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Pharmacology, and Business and Criminal Justice certifications, as well as updates to a Technology certification in Software Development, and the new Online Library Tutorials ‘Library Catalog & the Online Library’ video.
