The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is the agency charged with law enforcement for the unincorporated areas of Richland County, South Carolina. Since 1997, the agency has been led by Sheriff Leon Lott. The RCSD employs 700 sworn deputies.
SC Department of Mental Health
With 17 community-based outpatient mental health centers, the South Carolina Department of Mental Health serves all 46 counties in South Carolina.
