From the moment ECPI University was founded more than 50 years ago, we have been committed to hands-on learning. Now with the emergence of new teaching technologies, we are able to take that approach to a whole new level.
Imagine a virtual reality tour that takes you into the most intricate workings of a computer…or a 3D anatomy system that illustrates actual human bodies. Thousands of structures are produced from photographic images to deliver the most accurate 3D anatomy possible. Even individual vascular structures are precisely traced to be accurate.
This isn’t something that’s off in the future. It’s here now at ECPI University. In this edition of eConnect, you’ll see how we are incorporating the newest technologies into the student learning experience, how we are engaging students in and out of the classroom. We provide them endless opportunities to apply what they learn, whether it’s volunteering at a community health clinic or competing in hackathons. We’ve even started an intercollegiate eSports team. It’s all about preparing our students to succeed. That’s what we do. That’s what we’ve always done.
