For the fifth consecutive year, ECPI University’s Columbia campus led a coalition of community organizations to host the Palmetto State Job Fair. Held in conjunction with area Chambers of Commerce, including South Carolina, Columbia, Greater Irmo, Greater Cayce West Columbia, Greater Lexington, Kershaw County, Aiken, Sumter, and Newberry County, as well as the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce, IT-ology, SC Cyber, South Carolina National Guard, and Alpha Media, this annual job fair is devoted to professional job seekers and is free and open to the public. More than 100 employers participated this year, including:

“For our participating employers, this is always a much-anticipated event,” says ECPI University Columbia Campus President Jim Rund. “In addition to the many people who received job offers, we had dozens of employers who volunteered to join our academic advisory boards and have offered to provide externships and clinical rotation sites. This event has certainly proven to be beneficial to everyone involved.”
